Gerard Malouf & Partners: Will Dispute Lawyers - a Campbelltown, NSW Law Firm

Shop 3a, 263 Queen Street, Campbelltown NSW 2560

Our firm specialises in all forms of WILL & INHERITANCE DISPUTES - Australia wide, running many hundreds of cases per year.

We work on a no win, no fee basis and act for both beneficiaries of estates, people that may have been left out of an estate or feel that they were unjustly treated by the testator.

Helping people achieve the maximum result, in the minimum time, in a friendly and caring environment, where the welfare of the client is of paramount concern to all lawyers and members of staff.

Our offices are conveniently located throughout Sydney, New South Wales and Queensland. We also attend country NSW clients by appointment and if you are unable to visit our offices, we will attend your home.

We provide service on a 'No Win No Fee' basis and your first consultation is provided Free.

In New South Wales you are able to contest a Will if you are an eligible person in accordance with the Succession Act 2006. This means that you are able to apply to the Court for a Family Provision Order if you believe that you have been unfairly treated in a Will.
