Anita Cains has worked in the legal profession since 1997, initially as a personal assistant to a senior partner of one of the largest regional law firms in New South Wales. During this time she undertook the Diploma of Law conducted by the Legal Profession Admission Board and was admitted to practice as a Lawyer in 2006.
Being born and raised in rural Tasmania, Anita values and understands the benefits of living in a close knit community like the towns of the South Coast.
Anita is able to provide legal advice with respect to all property and business transactions, including Conveyancing, Commercial Leases, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Appointment of Enduring Guardians, administration of deceased Estates and general commercial issues. In her practice, she does not undertake matters in criminal law, family law or litigation.

Anita's greatest satisfaction practicing as a lawyer comes from the knowledge that she has provided a service to her clients which is second to none. To this end she is happy to take out of hours appointments and visit clients at home, by appointment. The office is wheelchair friendly.
