About Us
In July 1986, Robert Scard established Artisan Management Consultancy for the purpose of advising music industry clients. This business has grown into a strong consultancy and management resource.
Robert subsequently formed his own legal firm to specialise in providing legal advice to those involved in the Media and Entertainment Industry. In addition to our strong focus on entertainment law, our legal practice now advises and assists in preparing documentation and contracts for many other areas, such as in intellectual property law (copyright, trade mark and patents) and in general company matters.
While music and entertainment law remains a core element of our practice, the increasing prevalence of digital media including websites, e-commerce and social media businesses, and mobile gaming applications have also become significant in our practice.
