McNab McNab & Starke is a long established Victorian legal firm which commenced business in 1909. We believe that through the years we have a distinguished record of service to our clients and are presently able to offer a broad range of skills with which we will continue to offer top quality service to our continuing clientele.

The firm has acted for generations of families and we are constantly dealing with clients who can make claim that their grandfather saw one of the original partners of the firm before the First World War. We believe that we have rendered valuable service to our old clients over a very long period and this long established relationship is of great value to us. We have, however, expanded the breadth of our clientele significantly in recent years and we are sure that we are able to provide legal advice at the top level for our rapidly expanding range of recent clients.

McNab, McNab & Starke have had a long standing and substantial profile in the area of deceased estates. The firm provides personalised, quality service with a wealth of experience, whether it be in helping with the administration of an estate or challenging, or defending a challenge, to an estate. The role of legal personal representative is a responsible and sometimes onerous position and involves a number of tasks. At McNab McNab & Starke we guide you through the process and provide the necessary assistance to help make it as trouble free as possible.

We have lawyers who are Law Institute accredited specialists in Wills & Estates, Property Law, Commercial Litigation and Family Law.

We also have two lawyers, David Skeels and Mark Maier, who act as mediators for litigation disputes. Both hold Practitioners Certificates in Mediation and Conciliation through the Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia, as well as being Associate members of the Institute. David mediates in Commercial litigation matters and Mark mediates Deceased Estate disputes

If you wish to consult us as to the provision of any of our legal services, please do not hesitate to telephone one of the partners at any of our four full time offices and we are sure we will be of assistance to you.
