Dennis Miralis has been a Partner at Nyman Gibson Miralis since 2006. He has extensive experience in all types of general and complex drink driving criminal cases including low, mid, high, special and novice ranges of PCA, DUI and driving matters causing death.
He took the RMS to the Supreme Court on a number of occasions over speed camera issues. He successfully took on the RTA (now RMS) in relation to the Lane Cove Tunnel fiasco and the 2 speed cameras on King Georges Road, Beverly Hills which resulted in thousands of tickets being withdrawn.
