Terry Luckman was called to the Bar in 1991. Terry has spent the past 22 years conducting litigation at the Local, District and Supreme Court levels.
Terry practises in criminal law (specialising in criminal trial advocacy), building and construction law and commercial law.
Terry is a criminal trial advocate – having been defence Counsel in many criminal trials, covering the full ambit of the Crimes Act and related Codes. Also, from time-to-time, Terry has been briefed by the Director of Public Prosecutions and has conducted District Court criminal trials in the capacity of Acting Crown Prosecutor
Terry also has substantial experience in building and construction litigation, including in major litigation in the Third Runway Case – Baulderstone Hornibrooke Engineering Pty Ltd v Sydney Airport Corporation Ltd (SACL), The Sydney Aquatic Centre case and many others.
